Step 1: We offer a new homeowner orientation before you move into your home to ensure we are all on the same page when it comes to your warranty.
Step 2: At the 3-month mark after you have moved into your home we will reach out to you to make sure all of your needs were met and that you are completely satisfied with your new home.
Step 3: At the 6-month mark, we will check in with you again to see if any problems have arisen.
Step 4: The last check-in is at the 12-month mark after you moved into your home. We will once again check in with you to make sure you are satisfied and say thank you for completing our quality assurance program.
